For years, chili enthusiasts have entered chili cook-offs to test their best recipes – and now is your chance to put your chili to the challenge!
Enter your best original chili recipe here to share it with other aficionados and compete for the chance to go head-to-head with fellow Canadian chili buffs in the ultimate chili throwdown.
Don’t have your own secret chili recipe, but love the gastronomical delight? From December 14 to the 29, click here to check-out recipes submitted from across Canada and vote for your favourite. Your votes will determine the top nine competitors to participate in three regional cook-off events across Canada. The winners of these events will advance to the finals in Toronto in February, 2011, and square-off against two-time reigning chili champ, Mike Callaghan, in a live chili cook-off challenge hosted by Anthony Sedlak.
